Terms of Sale :
International for Wholesalers :
Sales dependents Credit Insurance , Irrevocable Letter of Credit , Bank Transfer or Debit / Credit .
1 - All sales are per sample .
2 - Any merchandise sold by us is manufactured according to the international standard known as " As is" , ie , as it stands at the time of delivery.
3 - The buyer must check all the merchandise , that it is in their possession at the time of delivery.
( Returns will only be accepted in writing with acknowledgment of receipt until 8 days after the delivery of the product)
4 - All our products are guaranteed assistance for 2 years, except products which have been given improper use*.
* Applies only to repairs such as: your pair of gloves has opened the seams or your pair of gloves lifted off, if this happens you only have to send your pair of gloves to our factory, and we do the repair at no cost, you just have to bear the costs of transport of Round Trip.
*Repairs , do not apply in cases that occurring the wear of the leather or in case the leather rip due to excessive effort, in these cases if you want to repair the pair of gloves you will have to bear the cost.
5 - The terms and abbreviations used by us to identify our products are unique and in no case may be jeopardized by the Purchaser on the terms that identify it .
6 - Our products have unique design and manufacturing . We do not accept comparisons , for anyone with products produced by other manufacturers .
7- All our products are manufactured using premium quality raw material since the: Lambskin (Double Face), Lambskin, Goatskin or Nubuck that are carefully chosen for the manufacture of gloves as well the Rabbit fur, Fox fur and Mink fur and thus ensuring the total satisfaction of our customers.
8 - Wed do not make product changes per size. Before making your purchase verify what size you need through sizing chart which is on page of each product.
9. According to Law No. 144/2015 we inform you that in case of dispute, the consumer may resort to one of the following Alternative Resolution Entities Consumer Disputes:
